Welcome to Tifyn, an app from Jumpstart LLC (the "Company," "Tifyn," "we," "our," or "us"). Tifyn is a mobile platform dedicated to connecting students and foodies with homemade meals from local food entrepreneurs and personal chefs. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your information in relation to our mobile services, web site, and any software provided on or in connection with Tifyn services (collective, the "Service), and your choices about the collection and use of your information. We also provide information about how you can access and update your information, and make choices about how your information is utilized.

This Privacy Policy covers both our "online" (e.g. web and mobile services, including any web sites operated by us, mobile applications, however accessed and/or used, whether via personal computers, mobile devices or otherwise) and "offline" (e.g. collection of data through direct mailings, telephone recordings, or in-person) activities owned, operated, provided, or made available by us. Our "online" and "offline" activities are collectively referenced as the "Service."

By using our Service or by otherwise giving us your information, you understand and agree that we are providing a mobile platform for you to purchase homemade food from local food entrepreneurs and personal chefs, and you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service ("Users").

Please review the following carefully so that you understand our privacy practices. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, do not use any of our Services or give us any of your information. In addition, please review our Terms and Conditions, which may apply to your use of our Service.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Tifyn may collect personally identifiable information that you provide to us directly, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, and mobile number ("Personal Information"). We may collect this information through various mediums and in various places through the Service, including account registration, contact us forms, and your interactions with our customer service representatives. When you download the app and use the service, you create a unique profile within your phone. When you search for food, your location will be used to determine the nearest local homemade food. When you place your order, you will be asked to provide name, email, mobile phone number, delivery address, and billing information like credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase. Our background processing and database are maintained securely on a Google hosted engine. Please note that we do not store any credit, debit or other payment card numbers, expiration dates or security codes. Instead, when you place an order, our mobile application uses the services of a third party processer, Stripe Payments, whom we have engaged to collect that information and use it to process your payment via a token that we receive from them. 2. OTHER INFORMATION WE COLLECT

In addition to any PI that you choose to submit to us when using the app to order delivery, our third parties and we also collect information as you access and interact with the Service, "Usage Information." We may automatically collect certain types of information each time you access our Service. This information may include your internet service provider's address, your IP address, the web page from which you came from, your web browser software, the type of handheld or mobile device used, geo-location, the time of day, among other information we collect to enhance or otherwise improve our Service for you. In addition, we may collect a record of your activity visits, and we may use web beacons, match scripts, pixel tags or similar technologies that allow us to know if a particular web page or application was accessed. This Information is collected for the purposes of maintaining the quality and operation of the Service, as well as to provide general statistics regarding use of the Tifyn website and applications. We may also use this information to create data analytics for which features are most popular and useful to users, as well as investigate fraud, chargeback, or other matters. We may also use this information to customize the content or services on the Service for you. Our Service uses "cookies," which are small text files placed on a Device when it is used to access the Service. Cookies are used to connect your Device with information stored about your online activity, searches, preferences and product purchases both within the same visit and from one visit to the next on our Service. Cookies may be used for many purposes, including, without limitation, remembering you and your preferences and tracking your visits to our Service. If you do not want information to be collected through the use of cookies, you may choose to deny or accept the use of cookies in your browser. Cookies can be disabled and controlled by setting a preference within your web browser or on your Device, usually found in the "help" portion of the toolbar. If you choose to disable cookies, you may not be able to access functionality of the Service in its entirety. The Company cannot control the use of cookies by third parties, and our Privacy Policy does not cover the use of third party cookies.

3. INFORMATION WITH THIRD PARTIES

From time to time, we may supplement the information we collect about you through our Service with outside records from third parties in order to enhance our Service for you, and to offer you opportunities to purchase products we believe may be of interest to you. We may combine the information we receive from these sources with information we collect through the Service. In these cases, we will apply this Privacy Policy to any Personal Information received, unless we have disclosed otherwise. With respect to geo-location data we track through your Mobile Device, \we use that geo-location information for various purposes - including for you to be able to search for homemade food and personal chefs that are close to your location, for you to enter in your delivery location, to send you promotions and offers, and to allow you to share this information with delivery drivers to schedule home delivery. Except as otherwise permitted in this Privacy Policy, we will not share this information with third parties for any other purpose and will only use this information for the sole purpose of providing you with the ability to find food near you, and to request home delivery via the application. You may at any time no longer allow our Mobile Application to use your location by turning this feature off at the Mobile Device level.

4. USAGE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED

Our primary goal in collecting your Personal information or Usage Information is to provide you with an enhanced experience when using the Service. Based upon the Personal Information you provide us when ordering on the platform, we will send you updates on when your order is being prepared and ready for delivery and or/pickup. We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request and to manage your account. We will communicate with you by email, telephone, SMS or text message, in accordance with your wishes.We may use your information to closely monitor which features of the Service are used most, to allow you to view your order history, process your credit card information on a secure page, view any promotions we may currently be running, and to determine which features we need to focus on improving, including usage patterns and geographic locations. We use the information collected to serve you depending on your device type, for troubleshooting, and in some cases, marketing purposes. We may use your Internet Protocol (IP) address to help diagnose problems with our computer server, and to administer our Service. We will also send you strictly service-related announcements when it is necessary to do so – when our Services are temporarily suspended for maintenance. We may use your Personal Information or Usage Information in the following ways:

  • To process your registration with the Service, including verifying that your information is valid
  • To improve our Service, to customize your user experience with the Service, and to serve you specific content most relevant to you
  • To send you information regarding products or services available
  • To contact you with regard to your use of our Service, and in our discretion, changes to our Service and the Service's policies
  • For inclusion into our data and statistical analytics
  • For internal business purposes
  • For purposes disclosed at the time you provide your information or for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy

5. HOW AND WHEN DO WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES?

We may share non-personally identifiable information, such as aggregated user statistics and data analytics, with third parties for industry analysis, demographic profiling, targeted advertising, or for other business purposes. We do not sell, share, rent or trade the information we have collected about you, i ncluding your Personal Information, other than as disclosed within this Privacy Policy or at the time you provide your information to us at sign-up. We do not share your Personal Information with third parties for direct marketing purposes unless you consent to such sharing at the time you provide your Personal Information. If you agree to have your Personal Information shared, your Personal Information will be disclosed to such third parties, and all information you disclose will be subject to the privacy policy and terms of service of such third parties. We are not responsible for the privacy policy and practices of such third parties. We use third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, provide or perform certain aspects of the Service on our behalf – such as deliveries, and other third-parties to host the Service, design and/or operate the Service's features, track the analytics, process payments, engage in security measures, provide geo-location information to our partner chefs, or perform other administrative services. We may provide these food entrepreneurs with access to user information, including Personal Information; this information sharing is limited to only the information needed by the partner chefs to carry out the services they are performing for you or us. Each of these chefs is obligated not to disclose or use Personal Information for any other purpose. While we may use third party analytics services to evaluate information, we do not share Personal Information with these analytics services providers.

6. YOUR CHOICES REGARDING COLLECTION AND USAGE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We sometimes send emails to our members and inform them of special offers, invite them to participate in our surveys, and/or to provide information about the Service. You can always choose to opt out of such emails and push notifications by clicking "Unsubscribe" option included in our email or you may alert us using info@tifynapp.com.

7. INFORMATION SECURITY

Tifyn takes reasonable measures to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized use, access, or disclosure, and we ask that you keep all of your passwords strictly confidential. Although we have implemented measures, which we believe are reasonable in light of industry standards to secure Personal Information collected on our Service from accidental loss or from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized parties will never be able to defeat those measures, or use Personal Information for improper purposes, nor can we guarantee that our information storage technology, or the transmission over the Internet of data that includes your Personal Information, will be 100% secure. We do not request your password, username, credit card information, or other Personal Information through e-mail.

8. LEGAL

We cooperate with law enforcement officials and government agencies to enforce and comply with the law. As a result, we may access, use, preserve, transfer and disclose your information (including Personal Information) to third parties such as government or law enforcement officials as we determine reasonably necessary and appropriate. We may do this in cases where we:

  • Protect and/or defend the Terms and Conditions for online and mobile Services or other policies applicable to online and mobile Services
  • Protect the safety, rights, property or security of the Company and our Service
  • Protect the safety of the public for any reason
  • Satisfy applicable laws, regulations, and governmental requests
  • Prevent address, security, and technical fraud
  • Prevent illegal activity

9. HOW DO I CHANGE MY INFORMATION AND WHAT IF I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT?

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit to us, such as your contact information and your delivery location as part of your ordering If your Personal Information changes, or you no longer desire our Service, you may correct, delete or amend information by making the change in your application or by contacting us through info@tifynapp.com. We will make your requested changes in a reasonable amount of time. You may also cancel or modify the communications that you receive from our Service. We will retain your Personal Information and Usage Information (including geo-location) as long as your account with our Service is active and as needed to provide you with our Service. However, even after your account has been terminated, we will retain your Personal Information and Usage Information as needed to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, investigate or prevent inappropriate activity, and for other business reasons.

10. CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY

Tifyn will update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our information practices. Any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy. If Tifyn make any material changes, we will notify you immediately by email, or by means of a notice on the Service prior to the change becoming effective. Tifyn strongly encourages you to periodically review this Privacy Policy to be aware of how we are protecting your information and providing you our Service.
